Danielle Armstrong looks incredible as she shared her one-year body transformation with her fans on Instagram.
"I love both pictures. The picture on the left was a week after having my baby girl, I had gained four stone in pregnancy and I was so proud of what my body went through to bring my little Orla into this world." Instagram "My journey all started from taking part in a 21 Day Challenge last summer, following a simple nutrition plan," she said.
