Trafford Centre announces £3 splash park and giant beach as Summer Daze event returns
The popular Summer Daze event is returning and promises to be bigger and better than before.
Thousands of families enjoyed time in the 20,000 square metre paddling pool with water fountain palm trees, wheel-shaped buckets that fill to the top before splashing down on those underneath, and multiple water jets.Along with the beach area, the splash pool, of which there will be two this year, are free to use once visitors have paid the £3 entry free.
In addition to the rides, which are paid for either individually with tokens or a wristband, there'll be extra free activities offered on a covered stage area this year. And on Saturday afternoons there'll be a show where families can sing along to the summer's biggest hits.
