Laces Out! began in 2014, showcasing a range of rare and exclusive trainers, limited editions and sought-after collaborations

A Liverpool festival celebrating all things trainers is set to expand to a huge city centre venue after an “overwhelming response” from fans.

The festival’s growing popularity now means the organisers can expand the event to Liverpool’s exhibition space. The latest Laces Out! will take place next month at the ACC Exhibition Centre at Kings Dock.Laces Out! said this will result in an “even bigger and better experience for attendees” with double the number of traders. It said: “The decision to move Laces Out! Trainer Festival to the ACC Exhibition Centre was fuelled by the overwhelming response from previous years.

Attendees can expect an expanded line-up of rare and unique trainers, as well as original clothing and insights into the business of shoe selling by industry leaders. Ticket holders will receive a gift bag from London shoe retailer Jason Markk, which will include free cleaning products, stickers, pin badges and more.
