He said there is also a"really small chance that there's another earthquake larger than the main shock". "There will be tens and thousands of aftershocks still occurring in the coming weeks to months, but those will gradually decrease over time." Powerful 7.8 Quake Knocks Down Buildings in Turkey, SyriaA 7.8 magnitude quake has knocked down multiple buildings in southeast Turkey and Syria and many casualties are feared.
