TV legend Steve Jones is set to be the latest star to be joining the This Morning presenting team, with ITV bosses reportedly “delighted” about the new signing.
According to sources at the network, ITV bosses are “thrilled” about the new addition to the team, which comes as part of an ongoing shakeup following the departure of Phillip Schofield back in May. A source told the MailOnline: "The hope is that those watching at home will love Steve, he's a very experienced broadcaster but also very cheeky. There is no permanent replacement for Phil, Holly will be presenting with Alison, Josie, Dermot and Craig, and now probably Steve.
Since Phillip Schofield’s departure earlier this year after admitting to an affair with a younger colleague, speculation has been rife about who would present in his place.
