The video was allegedly filmed on 5 August 2022 in South WalesTwo officers were allegedly caught watching a Premier League football match while responding to a high-speed 999 call last year, but still no action has been taken to reprimand them.
In the footage, the phone can be seen upright on the dash board with the match on as the vehicle speeds through the windy country roads. A complaint was allegedly made about the footage shot, but officials have still failed to bring any action against those involved.
