consent has also been approved for the development of 14 residential units within the upper floors of the buildings.Savills, who is marketing the property, state number 64, which is currently home to Nespresso, was built in 1991 and consists of five floors, including the basement.The buildings, which are not for sale individually, are being offered at £9,750,000.
