A TWO-YEAR-OLD girl with an injured ankle was left to wait for 13 hours in an A&E department.
The girl's 28-year-old mum took her to the hospital at 8.30pm on Friday , and eventually left 13 hours later on Saturday morning without being seen., the mother said:"My daughter was asleep in her pushchair, but she was not offered any pain relief, a bed, a blanket or food, and there was no communication whatsoever.
