UK TEMPERATURES are expected to rocket this week as the May heatwave strikes the nation bringing with it clear skies and frosty nights, the Met office warned.
The May heatwave has hit the nation and will continue to push temperatures up to 73 degrees Fahrenheit . Themeteorologist Alex Burkill explained that the clear skies will create frosty and chilly mornings throughout the week but the temperatures will rise to the low twenties in the week. He began by saying: “It is a chilly start first thing on Monday morning but don’t be fooled with lots of sunshine to come, it should warm up quite quickly as we go through Monday morning.
