SNOW to strike Britain this weekend after flood fears and 60mph winds
The Met Office's latest weather forecast showsd for southern Wales and southwest England today.
But the rains are set to continue to fall throughout tomorrow and Friday as more unsettled weather is on the way at the week.Met Office meteorologist Becky Mitchell told The Sun Online: "It’s looking wet and windy at times across the whole country and we could see gales. There may also be snow on the hills in the south of England and the south of Wales on Sunday, when there’s also a risk of gales."Sunday will start to feel much colder in the north in particular."
But before then, Becky warned: "There could be some weather warnings for wind into the weekend so make sure to keep an eye out for those."From yesterday evening and into this morning, almost two inches of rain have fallen in areas across southwest England and South Wales.
