There still isn't a clear picture about what happened at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant this weekend.

In response to a question about Turkish proposals to broker peace talks, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy could meet only after negotiators from both sides had"done their homework".
Oleksiy Biloshitskyi said:"Disruption and death are what the Russians bring. However, for some, the grief that the Russian measure carries is not enough." Russian forces captured the plant in south-eastern Ukraine in early March but it is still run by Ukrainian technicians.
