A driver was stopped after an assortment of teddy bears on the front of their van caught police attention. Police say that the driver was caught on his phone.
Police say that the driver was 'busy' on his phone at the time. Officers have since reported the motorist. They say that 6 points and a £200 fine are now 'likely'.
