Vicky McClure was among 1,200 people walking to honour loved ones with dementia at the Nottingham Memory Walk
The park’s picturesque lake was visited by The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh in 1955 for the Royal Show. Vicky, joined by members of Our Dementia Choir, walked Nottingham Memory Walk for the 12th time yesterday morning .
"I’m also walking for this lot – the amazing choir – who are teaching me so much about dementia. It’s so tough dealing with the system and everything that comes with it, but I think we’re getting somewhere.
