All students will return to full-time on-site learning in Victoria. This includes adult education in Melbourne.There will be no caps on patrons in pubs and restaurants across Victoria, but at indoor venues there will be a 1 person per 4sqm density limit.Entertainment venues will reopen. For indoor seated venues including cinemas and theatres, there will be a 75 per cent capacity or 1 person per 4sqm, up to 1,000 people.
