Surveillance video shows Henry Ruggs speeding down Las Vegas street at 156mph just moments before Tuesday's crash. Video was taken about a block away from the spot where police say Ruggs crashed his Chevy Corvette into Tina Tintor's SUV, killing her. Social media video shows Henry Ruggs III partying at a TopGolf in Las Vegas four hours before the fatal crash. He is seen in the video taking shots down a driving range while his girlfriend, Rudy Washington, records him.
