A group of men were reportedly wielding weapons amid a spate of 'violent incidents' across Brinnington over the weekend.
Police said there were a number of reports of violent incidents in Brinnington, and further reports of groups of men carrying weapons.The Manchester Evening News understands there was a police scene in place on Penshurst Road on Sunday evening following reports of cars being damaged.
