giant Vodafone will cut 11,000 jobs worldwide in an effort to cut costs, the company’s chief executive has announced.
Revealing her first results since taking over, she said: ‘To consistently deliver, Vodafone must change. ‘We will reallocate resources to deliver the quality service our customers expect and drive further growth from the unique position of Vodafone Business.’, roles in the company’s Newbury, Berkshire headquarters and in local markets will be affected by the cuts.
