Waking up just one HOUR earlier could reduce your risk of depression by 23%, study finds
Genetic study led by University of Colorado Boulder looked at 840,000 people. The team linked getting up and going to bed early with lower risk of depression. Sleep timing patterns are a risk factor for major depressive disorder, they believe.
