Waterloo Road's Adam Thomas feels his late dad's spirit is in dog Bella
airing this year. His new storylines partly revolve around the death of his wife Chlo , a tragic moment that has helped Thomas come to terms with his own grief.
"Everything happens for a reason. The storyline came at the right time for me – maybe that was a message from my dad. I didn't realise how much I was grieving until I did the research into the character," he explained.
