Bradley Baker, of Epsom Road, admitted to possession of cannabis/cannabis resin, driving a white panel van while over the specified limit of cannabis in his blood, and driving the van without insurance or a licence in Croydon Magistrates’ Court.
He had 40 microgrammes of cannabis per litre of blood in his system, 20 times the threshold where the government says"accidental exposure" can be ruled out.
