Watford's pre-season training and support from the medical department have resulted in a fully fit first-team squad that has won its last two games with goals in the final 10 minutes. The team's improved fitness and strength have allowed them to secure victories in matches that seemed destined for draws.
The hard work of pre-season and the support of the medical department has been the key to Watford having a fully fit first-team squad that has won its last two games with goals inside the last 10 minutes.
“When we have no games in midweek we train with the same intensity during the week as if there were a game. “A lot of players have improved: Sierralta, Ngakia and so on. All the players can now play 90 minutes every two or three days. “I respect the opinions of the medical department and that is the reason now that we have the availability we have.”
“We have to show the same mentality, desire, passion, belief in ourselves, along with togetherness and the team spirit you need to win games.”
