We previously reported that Men's Shed Govan have been crowned the Scottish Men's Shed of the Year Award for their positive contribution and impact within the community.
After beating fellow finalists, Inverurie & District Men’s Shed and Lanark Men’s Shed, Men's Shed Govan was awarded with a trophy and other goodies by the Scottish Men's Shed association.Martin Haddow, chairman of Men's Shed Govan, said:"It just feels amazing to get this for what we've done in here."I'm delighted that we've won.
John Devlin, 64, from Govan, added:"We help parts of the community, and we give back to the community.
