Thorncroft Post Office will open under new management at the same previous location of 418 Carmunnock Road, Glasgow, G44 5EH.
The branch had been closed since February after the postmaster resigned, but it is due to re-open on Thursday, June 22 at 1pm as a One-O-One Convenience store.This will provide 46.6 hours of Post Office service a week. Scott Hamilton, Post Office's network provision lead, said: “We are delighted to soon be restoring Post Office services to Thorncroft as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.”
