We tried the first ever CBD coffee shop in Lancaster and left feeling genuinely happier
The city centre has so many coffee shops that going out for a drink is one thing you can always certainly do, even when there feels like nothing else is going on. From the city's long list of caffeine spots, there is one I've actually never been to.
Dam Good is Lancaster's first CBD coffee shop meaning it offers CBD-infused coffee and food, as well as a non-infused menu. The Dam Good menu has everything you could possibly want from a little café. I'm talking Paninis, Sandwiches, Pastries and Waffles as well as Meal Deal combinations priced under £6 on top of Protein shakes, Ice-Cream Milkshakes, Smoothies and hot drinks. The average price for food is around £3.50 and for drinks its just short of £3.
I'm surprised but really, nobody else is. When one customer makes their way to the till I hear a member of staff ask "have you had a good day?" and it makes sense to me why it's so busy. I don't remember the last time somebody asked me that question, this is proper nice and personal service. I want to come back just to make friends.
