Around 30,000 people attended one of the city's biggest festivals
To all those who went to Splendour, despite the weather, it looked like you all parted hard! Big festivals tend to sometimes mean a lot of litter left over afterwards however. But the scene just one day after one of Nottingham’s biggest festival shows that isn’t the case as Community Reporter Keimae Blake reports…
I didn’t attend Splendour this year but Nottinghamshire Live’s photograph captured dozens of people having fun over the weekend which you can see here. On arrival at the park, there were still many traffic cones out and directions to the main stage.
In 2022, Splendour was on July 23 and 24. Many residents and park goers upset with the amount of rubbish last year, were concerned for animals.
