Are you guilty of over-packing? If so, packing, whether it be for a summer staycation or holiday abroad, can be a stressful task – and especially with a restricted luggage allowance thrown in the mix. If you’ve spent years hating pre-holiday prep, don’t despair. We’ve found an easy way to conquer holiday packing thanks to stylish duo Sarah Ellis and Philippa Bloom, also known on Instagram as We Are Twinset.
Who better to give us advice than two best friends who have gained a huge following for their luxe twinning looks and who have also recently launched their own fashion label, Wat The Brand? They both also have years of styling experience under their belts thanks to regular travel abroad, and are both busy working mums, so, of course, being organised when travelling is a must.
We always pack colour coordinated pieces that can be mixed and matched with neutral or metallic accessories which go with anything. Gone are the days of packing 20 pairs of shoes! We love pieces like co-ords that can be worn multiple ways and transformed with a quick change of accessories.Packing whole summer wardrobes and not sticking to a colour scheme. We are always pretty strategic by preplanning and laying out all outfits so we avoid adding those last-minute extras.Don’t pack anything you’re not 100% sure of because you won’t wear it. Do pack those old faithfuls that you feel super-comfortable in.
