Celtic defender Stephen Welsh has reportedly been spotted in a moon boot and using crutches sparking fears over his injury.
However, the manager was coy on the severity of the injury as he admitted he was unable to put a timeline on a comeback.
It's not known how serious an injury Welsh has suffered. The setback comes just hours after Celtic announced the defender had agreed a new deal to 2027. "I'm really pleased for him, he's a guy that loves Celtic, and loves playing here. He’s been a great player within the squad over these last number of years."Maybe not played as much as what he would have liked, but his heart’s very much here and I'm delighted for him that he's committed to signing."
