The charity, which has been running for less than two years, has gained huge support across the country, for its approach to mental health.
West Wellbeing, which is based in the Dairyfarm in West Belfast, helps people right across Northern Ireland who need support with a range of complexities.
"That has eaten into our funding which means we have to reset to keep the charity sustainable. We'll be delivering 60% less than what we were doing because we just can't afford it, or the charity would be gone. "Our qualified counsellors and befriending support team have facilitated around 2100 hours of one-to-one therapy, family support and home visits across a range of high-risk and complex issues.
"We have reviewed, and are now cutting our services to deliver minimal support moving forward, in line with a small budget. This will mean that the 50 children we currently see every week will now be cut to around 20. Carl Frampton, who has supported West Wellbeing since its formation, shared the charity's fundraiser online, to further push their plea for help.
