Police and emergency services were called to the road in the Springburn area of the city after they received a report of aPolice arrived this morning at around 10.05am and have remained at the scene.The specialist bomb squad known officially as the EOD Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit remain at the scene.Police told The Glasgow Times: "As a precaution, a number of flats have been evacuated and some road closures have been implemented.
