The exhibition showcases memories from the club's fans
An exhibition of Liverpool FC fans' personal stories and photographs is to go on tour across Merseyside.
The caravan was refurbished thanks to a crowdfunding campaign. The RED Archive was also awarded a grant of nearly £10,000 from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for the tour, which aims to showcase how football can bring communities together.Where to see the photos The caravan will be on tour during August, September and October and will stop off at various Merseyside venues including The Life Rooms, The Florrie, The Greenhouse Project and Merseyside Society for Deaf People.
The community organisation already holds more than 1,000 images along with striking pieces of Liverpool FC memorabilia. The team will be expanding their collection during the tour, with guests able to record their own memories to be added to the archive. The RED Archive will also identify fans to take part in more extensive sessions to add their memories to the collection.
"We cannot wait to get the caravan out into the heart of our fan community, to local spaces around the city."
