Books of condolence are being opened in towns across Northamptonshire
Plans are now being put in place across Northamptonshire as the country enters a period of 17 days of national mourning for Queen Elizabeth II. West Northamptonshire Council and North Northamptonshire Council are currently publishing instructions and guidelines on official tributes and events in the areas.
