A PENSIONER cancelled her lifelong doorstep milk delivery after she was stopped from ordering by phone.

“Milk is a lifeline, especially for older people, and I was going to have it delivered for the rest of my life — but unless I go online it won’t be.”But she cancelled the service whenIt left her frustrated because the plastic milk bottles she buys at the shop cannot be recycled and end up in landfill sites.
