A woman has been charged with unlawful act manslaughter following the death of a baby girl at a nursery in Stockport.Kate Roughley has now been charged in connection with her death. The 36-year-old, of Heaton Norris, has been charged with unlawful act manslaughter.Greater Manchester Police said she appeared at Tameside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday . She was bailed and will next appear at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on September 19.
"She appeared at Tameside Magistrates on Tuesday 15 August 2023 and was bailed ahead of an appearance at Minshull Street Crown Court on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
