Clare has already spent £550 bringing the dog to the UK but could instantly see something was wrong when she picked her up
A woman who rescued a from Spain and spent £550 bringing it to the UK has now been landed with a £1,500 vet bill after finding it has a serious health condition. Clare Kidd saw three-year-old Olive on a dog rehoming website and met her off a bus at a motorway service station.
Clare said: “As soon as she got off the bus it was apparent that something was wrong with her leg. Something, somewhere went very wrong. It was worrying and upsetting, she was so lame.
