Expert explains what you can do if your holiday destination is experiencing an extreme heatwave

Luke said: "According to EU Regulation 261/2004 , if your flight is cancelled, you're entitled to either a full refund, a replacement flight at the earliest opportunity, or a replacement flight at a later date of your choice.
