Zara McDermott has shared a glimpse of her training as she prepares to compete on Strictly Come Dancing. The reality star is the first Love Island contestant to take part in the BBC show, and she is amongst the 15 celebrities set to join the 2023 lineup.
She spoke about her experience in the documentary to raise awareness of the damaging effects. Zara is now thrilled to be taking part in the BBC dancing competition, where she will be competing against the likes of EastEnders' Bobby Brazier, showbiz legend Les Dennis and Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas reports the Manchester Evening News.Taking to her Instagram page, she posted a video to her 1.7 million followers.
Speaking in the video, Zara said: "Hello everyone. Obviously, the news is out that I'm going to be on Strictly Come Dancing this year. I honestly wasn't expecting such an incredible, overwhelming reaction. This is probably one of the biggest things I will ever do in my entire life. She continued: "I'm honestly that girl who is too nervous to even dance in a nightclub at this point, let alone in front of millions of people. But life is all about pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone so here I am.Sharing the video to her story, Zara laughed: "How many times can I scream in one video?!". The reality star then shared an insight into her training regime ahead of the show starting next month.
