Very sweet!
The seal was spotted by a member of Blackpool Council's beach patrol team on Friday . They conducted checks to make sure it was okay.
They confirmed that all was well and stopped to take a picture of the adorable mammal. The image of shared on social media by Blackpool Council.A spokesperson for Blackpool Council said: "This super cute seal came ashore for a little rest today! A member of our Beach Patrol team spotted the visitor, checked all was well and got this picture in the process."
This isn't the first time a seal has been spotted on Blackpool beach or those surrounding it. Last year, a seal pup was spotted stranded on Fleetwood promenade.
