Alice Cooper stuns Manchester shoppers as he makes surprise Northern Quarter appearance
Rocker Alice Cooper made a surprise appearance at a shop in the Northern Quarter ahead of a huge gig in Manchester this weekend.
Ahead of the performance, Cooper was spotted visiting clothes store Pop Boutique on Oldham Street on Saturday afternoon. During his brief visit, he posed for photos with members of staff and other shoppers.Lucy Lloyd-Ruck was one of the lucky shoppers to get a selfie with the rock star after he was seen eying up a bomber jacket from the independent retailer.
“I think he was looking at a bomber jacket and he seemed really nice and interested. He was posing for pictures with the staff. I think it’s amazing that he was supporting an independent business too.” “I approached him outside and asked if I would be able to get a photo with him too,” Lucy added. “It was really kind of him to do that.
