The locals wrote to the drivers telling them to park elsewhere as they don't live on the street.
Angry residents have hit back at motorists parking in their street by leaving passive aggressive notes on the vehicles' windscreens.
The notes say: "Dear vehicle owner/driver. The residents of British Road have noticed that you park on this street regularly, yet do not live on the street. Please be mindful of the residents who wish to park near their own properties.A grey van which was left on the street had a sign in the window saying "BT engineer on call". The angry locals added to the notice, by writing in pen: "YOU DO NOT WORK FOR BT!!!", reports BristolLive.
One resident of British Road, who wished to remain anonymous, said the people leaving the notes were sinister, and did not speak for all the residents. "Whoever wrote this does not speak for everyone on this road at all. How do they know the people who own those vehicles don't live nearby?
