A GP surgery with thousands of patients on its books has announced it is to close next month - because health bosses are unable to replace a retiring doctor. Grove Medical Practice, run out of Timperley Medical Centre in Trafford, will shut its doors on September 30.
"All patients will now be safely moved to a nearby practice to their home, and we will update them when this process is complete." "I've been a fit and healthy person all my life, but now I'm having a few problems. A regular doctor would know about it, but now you don't feel like you're really being looked after and they are not getting to the bottom of it.
"I've just been for a routine appointment and there's no information at all in the surgery, but it's out there on social media.
