Calvin Ramsey has yet to play a first-team match for Preston North End after signing on loan from Liverpool but that could change this week after returning from injury
Liverpool defender Calvin Ramsay has opened up on the challenges he faced both mentally and physically following his latest injury setback.
Having turned out just twice for Liverpool since his big move from Aberdeen back in the summer of 2022, Ramsay's early football development has hit something of a semi-hiccup. “I wanted to come back and get a good run in the team hopefully, and try and show what I can do, so I’m delighted to be back and get some minutes today, and I’m ready to go. With rivals Blackburn Rovers to come later this week, Ramsay has set his sights on potentially making his full Preston debut under the lights at Ewood Park, although he also admits being involved with the group again can only act as a positive.
