A vulnerable Scots dad has called on all police officers to wear body cameras after his claim that he was assaulted by cops was dismissed
. Martin Clyde, 51, who has a history of heart issues, accused two officers of forcing their way into his Midlothian home on April 7 before stamping on his feet and assaulting.
Martin took his claims to the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner , but the watchdog ruled there was not enough evidence to prove the assault. He claimed that despite telling cops they needed to go into his flat, they did not go back to check if a child was in the property. Instead, they issued him with a police warning for breach of the peace and left.
