Many people are trying to be more mindful about gut health, and eating certain foods can really help to improve it.
Liverpool Echo reports that Dr Sethi, who is a Gastroenterologist who studied at Harvard University, posted a video to his TikTok explaining what three foods will fix your gut health in seven days. Dr Sethi then explained the second food to change your gut health is curcumin. This is the active ingredient in tumeric. He explained it: “has been shown to have antioxidants that can improve your gut health.”
