Davood portrayed Eli Ebrahimi in Holby City which was axed last March.This year, Davood's co-star and friend James Bye who plays Martin Fowler on the BBC soap joined the 2022 cast.James was voted out of the competition during the special Halloween Week.
Amid his exit, Davood posted: "I'm really proud of my brilliant friend. He made so much progress and I feel like there was a lot more to see from him…"Better to have danced and lost than not to have danced at all. Love ya @jimmybye."James starred in the 2022 series
