Gerald King, 70, allegedly used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices towards the boy aged between seven and 11 at a primary school in Glasgow.It is stated that King was a school teacher and a football coach at the time.
The charge claims King invited the boy into a room where he was changing where he then performed the sex act.King, of the city's Springburn, was due to stand trial last week however the case did not go ahead.
