A man has been arrested after schoolboy Harry Kinney-Ryan was hit and killed by a car.
A man has been arrested after a schoolboy was hit and killed by a car.The 13-year-old battled in hospital while hooked up to a life support machine but never woke up.has paid a heartbreaking tribute to the teenager.
Great-uncle Teddy Williams posted on Facebook: ‘This lovely young guy is my nephew Harry. He would have been just 14 on January 12, 2023. ‘On Wednesday he was knocked down on the East Lancs Road and the life support machine has now been turned off and Harry has gained his wings.He added: ‘I do not know how we go on from here but we have to be strong and our lives must go on. Harry will be forever young.’
