A 15-year-old girl has died after being hit by a car in Cardiff.

Pic: Google Street ViewPolice were called to a collision involving a car and a pedestrian shortly after 9.30pm on Monday.A 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed they attended the incident on Monday evening.
"We deployed a rapid response vehicle, an emergency ambulance and were supported by the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service along with pre-hospital immediate care specialists from MEDSERVE Wales," they said.
