Looking at the top 10 cities in the country, our city has landed itself in fourth place with over half, 57.1 per cent, of respondents classing their neighbours as nosey.
And if you're on TikTok, you will have likely seen the endless Glasgow videos of people pretending there's a fight going on outside in their estate as they peer through the blinds or start mowing their grass outside in a bid to get closer to the drama.The stats come as the team at Make My Blinds surveyed two thousand Brits to reveal what people really think of their neighbours.
Looking into the findings, it was revealed that 30.4 per cent of Glasgow residents have caught their neighbours spying or being overly curious. 33.9 per cent of respondents said that their neighbours have made them feel uncomfortable meanwhile 32.1 per cent of people have admitted to listening in to their neighbours’ conversations.
