Three Glasgow Clubs are affected.
A Glasgow Club swimming pool and two gyms are set to temporarily close as part of £1.8 million improvement works.
The majority of the funding from the charity will go towards Drumchapel Pool. £1.2m will be spent carrying out essential maintenance including replacing air handling units and the building management system upgraded. The investment will also see gyms and studio spaces in Bellahouston and the Gorbals renovated as part of the regular citywide facility refresh programme over the coming months.
There will be a new layout of the gym at Glasgow Club Gorbals, which will include more weight machines, new cardio equipment and functional fitness items. The dance, yoga, and functional studio spaces will also all be refurbished.
