A 19 year-old was taken to hospital for treatment and will be reported in connection with the incident
A 19-year-old was injured after veering off the road while riding an electric dirt bike on Maryhill Road in Bearsden. The teen was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment and police have now confirmed that he will be reported in connection with the incident.
The incident happened at around 5.15pm on July 19 with officers and emergency services attending the scene.READ MORE: Tributes paid after Glasgow Clan ice hockey star dies in tragic car crash A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.15pm on Wednesday, 19 July, 2023 officers were called to a report of a single vehicle crash involving an electric dirt bike on Maryhill Road, Glasgow.
"A 19-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. He'll also be reported in connection with road traffic offences.
